Booking Policy

We keep our booking policy simple and fair. It protects appointment times for all of our clients and allows us to give every treatment the time and care it deserves. By booking an appointment with By Natalie Aesthetics, you agree to the policy below.
Appointments
Appointments can be booked online through our booking system, Timely, or by contacting us directly. When you book, please let us know about anything that may affect your treatment, such as recent procedures, medications or skin sensitivities, so we can plan your visit properly.
Deposits
A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your deposit is redeemed against the cost of your treatment on the day. Deposits are transferable if you reschedule with the required notice, but may be forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments as set out below.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours notice so we can offer your appointment time to another client. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that other clients are not affected. If there is not enough time to safely complete your treatment, it may be treated as a late cancellation.
Missed Appointments
If you miss an appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit may be required before your next booking can be confirmed.
Consultations and Patch Tests
Some treatments, including laser treatments, require a consultation and a patch test before your first appointment. Where a patch test is required, it must be completed at least 48 hours before your treatment. If a required consultation or patch test has not been completed, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Treatment Suitability
Your safety comes first. We reserve the right to decline, modify or postpone a treatment if we believe it is not safe or appropriate for you on the day. Please provide honest and complete information about your health, medications and medical history at every visit.
Refunds and Credits
Treatments that have been performed are non-refundable, except where a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a pre-paid treatment cannot go ahead for a genuine reason, we may offer to hold the amount as a credit toward a future appointment at our discretion.
