Consultations and Suitability
Some treatments require a consultation, and in some cases a patch test, before they can be performed. We reserve the right to decline, modify or postpone a treatment where we believe it is not safe or appropriate for you. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health, medications and medical history, and to follow the pre-treatment and aftercare advice provided to you.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change from time to time, and the price of your treatment will be confirmed at the time of booking or consultation. Where a price is listed as a starting price, the final cost depends on your individual treatment plan.
Bookings, Cancellations and Deposits
Appointments, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling and late arrivals are covered by our Booking Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Refunds
Treatments that have been performed are non-refundable, except where a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website, including text, imagery, branding and logos, is owned by or licensed to By Natalie Aesthetics and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
